At this year's Intertraffic event, we officially launched our complete, end-to-end processing solution, drawing significant attention from global attendees. Our new product lineup bridges the gap between high-speed production and uncompromising quality.
1. Advanced UV Printing Technology (Spot & Mixed Color)
To meet the rigorous demands of global traffic signs, we debuted two flagship UV printers:
ZJ1005 UV Spot Color Printer: Designed specifically for PMMA materials, this machine features a 1400mm printing width and is equipped with 6 industrial-grade Ricoh G6 printheads. Capable of speeds up to 40-50m²/h, it perfectly handles specific traffic colors (Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Brown, Black) with a magnetic levitation transmission for ultra-quiet and precise operation.
ZJ2003 UV Mixed Color Printer: A versatile powerhouse with an 1800mm width, utilizing 4 Epson i3200 printheads. Ideal for PC, modified PET, and PVC substrates, it delivers vibrant C, M, Y, K, V output at 22-28m²/h, supported by an intelligent secondary ink cartridge system.
2. High-Efficiency Industrial Laminating Machines
Signage durability relies heavily on the lamination process. We showcased our heavy-duty laminators capable of both cold and hot pressure lamination (up to 80°C):
ZJ4001 LX-Type Laminator (1600mm): A robust standard model achieving lamination speeds of 3-20m/min.
ZJ4002 3H-Type Dedicated Reflective Film Laminator (1630mm): An industrial-grade machine featuring magnetic powder clutch tension control, infrared alignment, and a vacuum suction platform, pushing speeds up to 3-70m/min.
3. Precision Plotters (Cutting Machines)
Rounding out our hardware lineup, our high-precision plotters were demonstrated live at the booth. These machines seamlessly integrate with our printing and laminating systems to deliver clean, accurate cuts on high-intensity and diamond-grade reflective sheeting, ensuring efficient final sign assembly.
4. Specialized Traffic UV Inks
A printer is only as good as its ink. We proudly presented our proprietary Traffic-Specific UV Inks. Available in both spot and mixed color variants (500ml, 1000ml, 1500ml), these inks are rigorously formulated to meet the GB/T 18833-2012 road reflective film standards. They offer exceptional vividness, smooth finishes, and long-lasting weather resistance on PMMA, PC, and PVC reflective films.
